Q: What does the Fly By indicator on the online check-in page tell me?
A: The Fly By indicator on the online check-in page indicates that either a Fly By Priority Security Lane and/or a Fly By Priority Check-In Lane Access is available at the departure airport. It does not indicate whether or not an individual Customer is qualified to use the Fly By Lanes.
Q: Who is eligible to access the Fly By lane?
A: Business Select Customers and Rapid Rewards A-List Members will be the only Customers allowed to access the Fly By lane. Family members or others traveling with A-List or Business Select Customers are not allowed to "piggyback" with the Fly By-eligible Customer.
Q: What credentials will I need to have to access the Fly By lane?
A: To enter the Fly By Priority Lane Access you will need to show one of two credentials:
1. Rapid Rewards A-List Members will show their A-List identification card.
2. Customers who purchased Business Select will show their boarding pass.
Q: How will I locate the Fly By lane?
Q: Does the Fly By lane allow me to bypass security screening?
A: No. The Fly By Lane only cuts down the time you spend waiting to be screened.
Q: Is there a fee to access the Fly By lane?
A: No. You may access the Fly By lane by purchasing a Business Select fare or earning Rapid Rewards' A-List Members status.
Q: If I don't have my A-List Membership Card with me while traveling, can I access the Fly By lane?
A: No. You must present your A-List Membership card to access the Fly By lane or have purchased a Business Select fare.
Q: If I purchased Business select or I am a Rapid Rewards A-List Member do I have to access the Fly By Lane at the ticket counter or security checkpoint?
A: No. You have the option to access the Fly By lane or any other available lane
