Reno/Tahoe International Airport (RNO)

  • Gate Information: Southwest Airlines uses gates B1, B3, B5 and B7 on the B concourse.
  • Ticketing: You can purchase tickets at the ticket counter located to the right of the main entrance of the terminal.
  • E-Ticket Check-In kiosks: Located in the ticket lobby and at gate 3.
  • Baggage Claim: The baggage claim is on the lower level of the terminal to the left of the main entrance and across from the rental car counters. A Baggage Service Office is located next to baggage claim.
  • Wi-Fi: Available in gate area

Driving Directions to Reno/Tahoe International Airport:

  • From downtown Reno, take I-80 east to the Carson City exit (I-395 south). Proceed approximately 1 mile to the airport exit.

Parking Information:

Reno/Tahoe International Airport's new 2,400 space, three-level Parking Structure features five glass-enclosed elevators with a skywalk connecting the structure to the main terminal building. Flight Information Display monitors, telephones and security equipment are located on each level in the Customer Convenience Centers. Easy Exit is a self pay parking system that will save time and eliminate possible delays during busy periods. Easy Exit is as convenient as the regular exit booths, only faster! Just take your parking ticket in when you enter the terminal, and slip it into the Easy Exit machine as you exit the terminal. (Easy Exit machines are located at the three stair towers on the ground level of the Parking Structure.) A screen will tell you how much to pay - and then you're on your way!
